Transformation Of German Subsidiary From AG To GmbH
The Board of Directors ("Directors") of euNetworks Group Limited (the "Company") wish to announce that TeraGate AG Storage Optical Network has been reconstituted to Teragate GmbH with effect from 3rd January 2012. The reconstitution of this company does not have a material effect on the Company.
