Transformation Of German Subsidiary From AG To GmbH
The Board of Directors ("Directors") of euNetworks Group Limited (the "Company") wish to announce that LambdaNet Communications Deutschland AG has been reconstituted to LambdaNet Communications Deutschland GmbH with effect from 28th December 2011. The reconstitution of this company does not have a material effect on the Company.
