Change Of Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of EuNetworks Group Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the appointment of Mr. Yip Ming Fai as the new Company Secretary of the Company in place of Ms. Sophia Ng Lai Ying with effect on and from 4 February 2010.

The Board wishes to take this opportunity to thank Ms. Sophia Ng Lai Ying for her services and contributions to the Company during her term of office and the Board extends its best wishes to Ms. Sophia Ng Lai Ying in her future endeavours.
